Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and failure to perform as intended |

Products not purchased from canboc.com must be returned to the original place of purchase with the proof of purchase |
Damage caused by using the product outside its intended use, mishandling, neglect, accident, tampering or unauthorized modification, and alteration |

Remedy |
Return the product to Vinci Brands for a refund of the purchase price (exclusions my apply) |
Replacement of the product with a product of equal value. The replacement product is only covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the time of replacement and is not subject to the 1 Year Warranty. |
